The project involved a complete rethinking of Coop’s digital ecosystem, starting with an in-depth analysis to identify the needs and expectations of its primary users.
Using a task matrix, five key tasks were mapped and prioritized across different personas — from finding items on promotion, to purchasing products for home delivery or pickup, and accessing detailed product information.
The redesign process introduced a new information architecture and user flows to streamline these activities.
A refreshed design system maintained the existing typography and color palette, while reworking wireframes, iconography, and components to create a more intuitive and cohesive user experience.
